1. Refunds for Coaching Services
If you are not satisfied with our ADHD coaching services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
To request a refund for a coaching session, please contact us at info@enrichmentadhdcoaching.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
2. Returns and Refunds for Physical Products
Our coaching services are considered a physical product. If you have purchased a package of coaching sessions or any related materials and are not satisfied, please review the following conditions for returns and refunds:
Return Conditions:
- The request for a return must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@enrichmentadhdcoaching.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Approval: Once your return request is received, we will inspect the details and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Return Shipping: If approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@enrichmentadhdcoaching.com.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable resources, online courses).
- Gift cards.
- Any coaching sessions that have already been completed.
