Diagnosed with ADHD at the Age of 42 was a personal turning point in my life, certain day to day challenges that I had worked hard to manage suddenly made a bit more sense and opened a desire and curiosity to find out more about what I always felt was just my “busy mind”. The diagnosis allowed an important shift in thinking but rather than a ‘magic bullet’ it led me to appreciate the importance of self-awareness and self-acceptance in the face of challenge and adversity, particularly when living with neurodiversity.  Throughout my journey to date, I have developed my coaching skills both academically and practically in neurodiversity and specialise in areas such: organisation, goalsetting, productivity, procrastination, and emotional regulation.
